Stumble is a great resource especially for a good laugh. This website is a compilation of portraits with various props. Many of the photos remind me that I should continue to think outside the box. Sometimes the portraits that we think are a great idea at the time turn out to be those that are picked for awkward photo books.
This site is inspiring for me to see what has been done. It also helps me think about placement and choice of props that you allow people to add into their photos. Sometimes you need to veto props if you want your photos to be timeless. Other times you specifically want to seek out props that will help you accomplish the look that you want. Maybe your aim is to get all of your photos into the awkward family photo books.
Either way, this is a great resource to enjoy.
